Cancellation Policy

We are sure that you will love the courses and classes and we will not left any stone unturned to make it a world class learning experience, however in the unfortunate event of you not liking the classes and want to go for Cancellations, we provide that safety net to you. Cancellations are considered for "Classroon Courses" only and if it is made within seven days of the first class of the course. After seven days, no cancellations will be entertained. However please note that there is NO REFUND for "Self Paced Courses" because we deliver all the training material at once in soft copy format and we cannot UNDO it. Please buy Self-Paced course only when you are 100% convinced about the quality. We are not responsible for any error in your online payment in which your money is deducted but not deposited with us. In that case you will need to contact your bank and seek a resolution from them.

Refund Policy

Refund will be done within one month from the date of cancellations. We will try to make a refund as soon as possible but it might take upto one month. Learner can also postpone their classes or sign-up for another course by paying the balance if any. If there are any taxes etc arise from the transactions and not refundable by the government then candidate has to bear those costs.
